Light Grey Art Lab Grand Opening Artshow!

March is almost here, and you know what that means?! Light Grey Art Lab's Grand Opening is almost here! On Friday, March 16th from 7- 10pm, party down with us and our best friends as we celebrate the grand opening of our new space!

See tons of great art from the first round of Light Grey Art Lab instructors: Andres Guzman, Nic Skrade, Jesse Riggle, Francesca Buchko, Alsyssa Nassner, Lindsay Nohl and Chris Hajny!

There will be dope music, tasty refreshments, nice and stylish people and even free art!

Don't just enjoy the beautiful art, take some home with you! There will be a sweet raffle for some great artwork and products designed by us here at Paper Bicycle!

Make sure you're there and bring all your friends and family!

Daily Pattern: LOST

I might have been waiting for an opportunity to make a Lost pattern for a while now. I might have almost made a Lost pattern a number of times (airplane? C'mon.) and then didn't, because heaven only knows I make enough fanart. So when jungle came up and somebody besides me actually mentioned it as a thing, I jumped on the opportunity. It's timely too–the anniversary of the first episode is coming up.
There's a lot of detail so I included a closeup (Lost fans, if you look really carefully, you can find a couple diamonds hidden in it.)

News : Exotic Animals : Art Show

Hey! Here's some great news! Taisha Bosher (our awesome intern) has curated an amazing art show with the work of 9 fantastic artists, including herself!) The show goes up tomorrow at the Uptown Tea Garden in Minneapolis, Minnesota and will be up through October!

This show features a variety of artists and mediums. You'll see some great stuff including pen and ink, digital, painting and even an all felt sculpture! The show will be full of all sorts of animal themed work - ready for you to take a peek at.

There will be an official opening Thursday September Eighth from 7 - 9pm. Come to meet the artists, see all sorts of exotic animals and enjoy a bite to eat!
