Daily Pattern: Tulip

I was hoping to just take a nap after work today but when I saw Alyssa bring the fire with a new, supercute Tulip pattern, I knew I had better spring to action.

I figured after my very silly 'Lamp' pattern I ought to do something in a different direction. So I channeled my inner girl, and drew some purty flowers.



I wasn't sure if the pattern was dense enough but in repeat it looks a bit more busy.



My original plan was to have it scattered and overlapping, like a pile of flowers tossed to the floor. But then I thought my slightly delicate graphite linework might get lost or messy. If I do go back and make that version, I'll be sure to post it.

Yeah, sooo... Wanna arm wrestle? Grrr.
