Daily Pattern: Bowtie Pasta

Very recently I realized that pasta tastes much better with tomato sauce–you can only imagine the dinner possibilities that open up with that revelation. I mean, check out all of these kinds of pasta, and I haven't even scratched the surface. There's a fairly new book about it called The Geometry of Pasta. One of the cutest shapes, of course, is the bowtie.
